Cecilia Luque is the Regional Policy Outreach and Engagement Technical Advisor at the Wyss Academy Hub South America. She is a Forest Engineer and conservation practitioner with extensive experience bridging environmental policy, scientific research, and participatory approaches to advance sustainable natural resource management and biodiversity conservation. Throughout her career, she has led and contributed to technical processes across various institutions, effectively connecting evidence with decision-making and strengthening environmental governance at both national and local levels. Her expertise spans policy development, knowledge management, capacity building, environmental and social safeguards, and meaningful community engagement to foster resilient landscapes and sustainable livelihoods.
