Nhan Huu Doan is in the third year of his apprenticeship as an ICT specialist EFZ at the vocational school in Biel. As part of his apprenticeship, he works as an ICT apprentice at the Wyss Academy for Nature. His main tasks are in first-level support, where he assists users with technical questions, sets up workstations and ensures smooth IT operations. Through this practical experience, Nhan is developing a solid foundation in ICT support and service management. He is passionate about helping others to be confident with digital tools and wants to become a reliable and solution-oriented ICT specialist.
