Cyrill Hess works as a Programme Manager in the Wyss Academy for Nature's Hub Bern. He has a background in Environmental Science, specialized in Ecology and Evolution. He started his career by co-founding two food startups in the area of alternative protein sources. At the Wyss Academy, he is responsible for projects in the food and agriculture area in Switzerland.
