Bianca Binggeli advises and supports the Directorate in the areas of innovation and organizational development and is responsible for coordination between the different instances within the organization. In addition to the coordinative work, she is especially interested in the interpersonal aspect that an organization and its culture develops. She joined the Wyss Academy for Nature as its second employee in 2020, after Peter Messerli who is the first staff member. Prior to this, she earned a bachelor's degree in the areas of Media & Communication and Social Anthropology. She deepened her expertise within the latter through a master's degree in World Society and World Politics.
