Barbara Willi

Barbara Willi has been part of the hiring team of the Wyss Academy for Nature since its foundation. Working the first few months via a mandate, she soon joined the team as People and Culture competence lead. She has previously worked in administration and human resources in the academic field of sustainable development – and also has professional experience as a teacher for history and political education, while her original master's degree is in art history. She is passionate about bringing together people from different cultures and backgrounds in order to form a team with high commitment to the vision and mission of the Wyss Academy, but also to supporting each other on a daily basis.
