Khalil Bitar

Khalil Bitar is the Learning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Lead at the Wyss Academy, driving the design and implementation of the LM&E system. Passionate about equitable and sustainable development, he collaborates with all units to identify key learning and evaluation questions, design performance indicators, and assess factors for systems transformation. With extensive experience as an LM&E expert, Khalil also volunteers with diverse evaluation networks. He co-founded and chaired the EvalYouth Global Network, the Eval4Action Campaign, and the Palestinian Evaluation Association. He is a Senior Evaluation Advisor at the Evaluation Methods Advisory Panel of the WFP and a faculty member at the EnCompass Learning Center, emphasizing equity and social justice in evaluation theory and practice.
