Ramona Michel

Research Associate, Environmental Governance and Global Development

Ramona Michel supports the Wyss Academy's Hub Bern as Research Scientist and as a Research Associate in the Research Team Environmental Governance and Global Development . She has an academic background in agricultural sciences and a master's degree in Human Security. Her expertise spans agroecology, sustainable development and environment, with a focal point on advancing food system transitions. In addition to her professional activities, Ramona is Vice President of an NGO for environmental education in Ghana. She is mainly involved in sensitizing the team and members on North-South dynamics and contributes a critical perspective on development cooperation.
